Reservation and Payment
You can make a reservation for the villas on our website using the reservation form on our website, by phone or e-mail. To do this, it is sufficient to specify the dates you want to rent the villa and send us the transportation and payment information. After the reservation is made, 30% of the total fee is taken as a deposit. If the deposit amount notified to you is paid by money order, EFT or credit card within 1 (one) business day, the villa is reserved in your name. The rental approval document is sent to the customer the day after the deposit is received. This document includes information such as the total rental fee, the amount of the deposit, and the dates the villa was rented.
If the deposit is not paid, the villa guide reserves the right to cancel the reservation without informing the customer and to reserve the same villa for someone else.
The remainder of the villa rental fee is paid in advance to the villa owner or authorized person after the rental contract is signed, the villa is checked and the villa is delivered to the customer.
The damage deposit, which is taken in advance at the time of the initial delivery of the villa, is returned if there is no damage or loss when leaving the villa.
Reservation, Payment, Return and Cancellation Terms
In case of reservation cancellations made from the date of the prepayment until 45 days before the villa check-in date; the villa rental prepayment amount (since it is paid to the villa owner) will not be refunded. Reservation cancellation notifications that are not notified to www.villakilavuzu.com in writing will not be valid.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, www.villakilavuzu.com will take certain percentages of the total prices of the services specified in the contract in order to cover the expenses it has incurred. As follows:
a) The deposit received for the reservation is not refundable.

b) 35% of the total rental fee for cancellations made up to the 45th day before the reservation,
c) 50% of the rental fee for cancellations made between the 35th and 25th days before the reservation,
d) 75% of the rental fee for cancellations made between the 24th and 16th days before the reservation,
e) Cancellations made between the 15th day before the reservation and the days the reservation starts, In case the customer does not come, 100% of the rental fee must be paid.
Expenses incurred due to the refund of the fee are deducted from the refund amount.
(In case of cancellation of the reservation, since it is not possible to rent the villa again in a very short time between the same dates, this method has been used to protect the villa owners.)
In case the reservation is canceled by the Villa Guide for any reason, the situation is notified to the customer as soon as possible. If the customer does not accept the equivalent villa in our portfolio and is offered to him/her and in cases that do not fall into force majeure, the money received will be returned to the customer.
On our website; for villas where it is stated that the full rental fee must be paid 45 days before the reservation date, the full rental fee will be collected from the customer and in case of reservation cancellation, no fee will be refunded.
In the event that the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, www.villakilavuzu.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the paid fee, and to make another reservation for the same villa. Reservation cancellations can only be made by e-mail or registered mail. can be made by mail. Verbal cancellation is not possible. The cancellation process is valid as soon as the letters reach www.villakilavuzu.com.
www.villakilavuzu.com is not responsible for the villa not being used after the reservation is made. The rental fee will become due on the agreed delivery date of the villa.
